John G. Booth LLM

CEO & Director

Mr. Booth brings more than 25 years of experience across international capital markets, law, investment banking, fund management, corporate strategy and public company leadership, with a particular focus on the natural resources, energy, finance and technology sectors. Mr. Booth has also served as a chair, and both audit and governance committee member of multiple public issuers in the mining space over that period, and previously served as a nominee non-executive director for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as part of its external governance initiative.

In addition to his role as CEO and Director of Canadian Goldfields, Mr. Booth serves as Chairman of Laramide Resources (TSX/ASX) and as Lead Independent Director of Cerro de Pasco Resources (TSXV) and was previously Director and Audit Committee Chair of Aya Gold & Silver (TSX), previously Maya Gold & Silver.

He has held senior roles with global financial and institutional organizations including Merrill Lynch International, ICAP, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., CIBC, the World Bank, Climate Change Capital and Conservation Finance International and has also co-founded, led and successfully exited three financial services businesses.

Mr. Booth holds a BSc (Hons) in Biology and Environmental Science, LLB, JD and LLM, and is a licensed attorney in New York, Ontario and Washington, D.C.

Harp Gosal CPIR

Director, Capital Markets & Communications

Ms. Gosal is an investor relations and communications professional with more than 13 years of experience supporting public and private organizations across capital markets, corporate communications, brand strategy and stakeholder engagement.

She has held investor relations and communications roles with NexGen Energy (TSX / NYSE / ASX), where she supported global communications and engagement initiatives surrounding the advancement of the Rook I Project, one of the world’s largest high-grade uranium discoveries. She also supported corporate communications and investor relations initiatives at Founders Metals (TSXV / OTCQX) during a period of significant exploration advancement at the Antino Gold Project in Suriname.

Ms. Gosal brings experience developing clear, disciplined messaging for diverse stakeholders, including investors, government representatives and Indigenous communities. Her background spans corporate reputation, digital media strategy, board and workforce communications, event planning, project management and strategic communications.

Ms. Gosal holds the Certified Professional in Investor Relations designation through the Rotman School of Management and is an active member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute.

Jonathan Richards CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Richards brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, corporate reporting and public company leadership, with a strong focus on the natural resources sector. He has worked in various roles including CEO, CFO and Director of TSX and TSX Venture-listed issuers, as well as private companies globally, supporting companies through multiple stages of development.

Mr. Richards experience as CFO includes supporting exploration and development stage growth plans, overseeing financings, and working with technical, legal, accounting and capital markets teams to advance corporate objectives. His experience includes IPO listings on the TSX and TSXV, debt and equity financings, ERP implementation, corporate governance and internal controls.

Mr. Richards is the founder and partner of Red Fern Consulting Ltd., a financial services group providing accounting, treasury, compliance and regulatory solutions to public and private exploration and mining companies. Mr. Richards is currently the CEO of King Copper Discovery Corp (TSXV) and CFO and Director of Leviathan Metals Corp (TSXV).

Mr. Richards started his career with KPMG and is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada as well as Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.

Ian Dasti P.Geo

VP Exploration

Mr. Dasti is a professional geoscientist with 17 years of international experience in mineral exploration, resource estimation, mine planning and geoscience leadership. His technical background spans orogenic gold, nickel-copper-PGE and industrial minerals systems across North and South America, with experience from grassroots exploration through to operating mine environments.

Most recently, Mr. Dasti served as Senior Geologist with Imerys, where he was appointed Competent Person responsible for Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves across multiple operations in Canada, the United States and Mexico. In this role, he supported resource and reserve estimation, geological modelling, mine planning, exploration program design and technical reporting across a diverse portfolio of industrial mineral assets.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Dasti worked on a range of precious and base metals projects across Canada, developing hands-on field, project management and exploration execution experience in remote and logistically complex environments. His background includes the planning and execution of helicopter-supported drill programs, field mapping, project evaluation and the advancement of exploration programs from early-stage targeting through to resource development.

Mr. Dasti holds a Master of Science in Geology from Lakehead University.

Mark Crawford

Director

Mr. Crawford brings capital markets expertise spanning investment banking, brokerage and financial analysis. He has served on both public and private company boards, providing strategic guidance, financial oversight and corporate development support across a range of growth-stage businesses.

His experience includes roles with BlackBurneSteele LLC and AKSIONER International Securities, where he developed a strong background in financial markets, transaction analysis and investor-facing corporate strategy. Mr. Crawford’s capital markets perspective supports Canadian Goldfields’ focus on disciplined growth, financing strategy and public company execution.

Chris Kinver

Director

Mr. Kinver is a mining engineer with 20+ years of global experience across mine development, engineering, project execution and operational leadership. He brings hands-on technical and project management expertise from advancing mining projects through multiple stages of development.

He currently serves as Vice President, Projects & Engineering at K92 Mining and has previously held senior operating and technical roles with the company, including Mining Manager and Evaluation & Studies Manager. His experience provides Canadian Goldfields with practical mining, engineering and execution insight as the Company advances its exploration and development strategy.

Fred Tejada P.Geo

Director

Mr. Tejada is a professional geologist with 35+ years of global experience in mineral exploration, project evaluation and mining-sector leadership. He has held senior roles across the exploration industry, bringing deep technical, operational and corporate expertise to public resource companies.

He previously served as Country Manager for Phelps Dodge Exploration Corp, Philippines and as VP/EVP Exploration and Technical Adviser of several exploration-focused public companies, where he gained extensive experience managing exploration programs and evaluating mineral projects across international jurisdictions. His geological and operational background supports Canadian Goldfields’ technical oversight and exploration strategy.

Mick Carew PhD

Technical Advisor

Dr. Carew is a geologist with more than 25 years of experience in mining, mineral exploration, capital markets and project evaluation. He brings a strong technical and investment perspective to Canadian Goldfields, with experience assessing exploration and development opportunities across a range of commodities, jurisdictions and project stages.

He previously served as a Mining Research Analyst at Haywood Securities, where he evaluated mining companies and mineral projects from both a technical and capital markets perspective. Earlier in his career, he held exploration roles with major mining companies including BHP and Ivanhoe, gaining hands-on experience across large-scale exploration programs and international mining projects.

His background supports Canadian Goldfields’ approach to disciplined project evaluation, exploration planning and capital markets communication.

Michael J. Hofer

Technical Advisor

Mr. Hofer is an environmental professional with more than 25 years of experience working with First Nations, government and the private sector on resource development and infrastructure projects in Canada and internationally. He has advised on large-scale projects with a focus on responsible development, regulatory alignment, community engagement and long-term stakeholder relationships.

He brings expertise in environmental management, health and safety, community strategy and stakeholder engagement.

His experience supports Canadian Goldfields’ commitment to advancing exploration in a responsible manner, with strong attention to environmental stewardship, Indigenous engagement and project-level risk management.
