The Miminiska Gold Project

The Miminiska Gold Project

Two High-Grade Zones,

One Continuous Gold System

Historic high-grade gold confirmed

  • ~28,000 m of historic drilling across Miminiska (SW) and Frond (NE) confirms high-grade gold deposit at both ends of the system
  • Multiple high-grade intercepts support immediate step-outs from known mineralization

Largely undrilled central corridor

  • 12km of the 14 km of prospective strike between Miminiska and Frond remains largely untested
  • Geophysics indicates a continuous Banded Iron Formation (BIF) and structural trend along the corridor, supporting the potential for multiple drill targets

District-scale land position

  • ~6,366 hectares covering the interpreted 14+ km iron-formation trend
  • Single, contiguous land package provides full-system control and flexible drill targeting

* Historical drill results are reported as core lengths and do not necessarily represent true widths. Click here for additional information on Historic Drill Results.

North Western Ontario Goldbelt

Premier Location
with Tier-1 Infrastructure

Ontario is Home to
+200Moz of Gold Production

Proven gold-producing region in north western ontario

  • Located in Miminiska-Fort Hope greenstone belt, one of North America’s most prolific gold regions with tier-1 neighbours and 200+ Moz of historical gold production

Tier-1 ontario jurisdiction

  • Ontario offers secure tenure, clear permitting frameworks and a mining-friendly regulatory environment – a true tier-1 rule of law jurisdiction

Established infrastructure

  • Located within an established mining corridor with access to skilled labour and contractors familiar with local logistics and drilling within the project area

A rare entry point

  • Large, high-grade gold systems in Ontario are increasingly rare, particularly those with significant undrilled strike in tier-1 jurisdictions

The Bif Advantage

A Geological Setting Known for Grade, Continuity and Scale

What is a

Banded Iron Formation
(BIF)?

Iron-rich sedimentary units that create predictable structural and geophysical targets - when mineralized, BIF can host continuous gold zones over meaningful strike lengths.

Grade
continuity

Iron-formation-hosted gold systems exhibit continuous mineralization along well-defined stratigraphy, supporting scale potential rather than isolated pods

Predictable metallurgy

BIF-hosted gold deposits typically exhibit simple and predictable metallurgy, reducing technical risk relative to more complex gold systems

MULTI-MILLION OUNCE POTENTIAL

Globally, BIF-hosted systems have supported large, long-life gold deposits ranging from 5M to 40M+ ounces, often growing through step-out drilling along continuous stratigraphy

Homestake (44M+ oz Au)

Back River (9M+ oz Au)

Meliadine (5.3M+ oz Au)

Proven ontario analogues

Ontario's most successful gold camps include banded iron-formation–hosted deposits – reinforcing the potential for continuous, scalable gold systems in comparable terrain

Musselwhite (8M+ oz Au)

Detour Lake (16M+ oz Au)

Peer figures are based on publicly disclosed estimates from respective operators as of June 2026, and have not been independently verified.

Property-scale geophysics

Aeromagnetics Define a 12km Corridor

BIF trend
extends northeast

  • Aeromagnetic data suggests the BIF continues to the Northeast from the Miminiska target (purple linear features)
  • The magnetic signature outlines a coherent corridor across the Property

Folded BIF
= high prospectivity

  • Several zones indicate potential folding of BIF horizons - highly prospective for gold mineralization
  • High-priority anomalies will be followed up with mapping + sampling to refine regional drill targets

MIMINISKA ZONE

Historic Drilling Along BIF Formation Validates Mineralization Potential

EARLY INDICATORS

  • Historical drilling confirms a meaningful gold system at the Miminiska Zone
  • Multiple high-grade intercepts occur along the interpreted iron formation trend
  • Historical work provides a strong technical foundation for follow-up

EXPLORATION UPSIDE

  • Historical drilling was shallow and concentrated in limited areas
  • Known mineralization remains open to follow-up along strike
  • Modern targeting will help define extensions to the existing footprint
